If you do become a customer, Apple Tree will store your personal data for this purpose for the duration of its relationship with you. When the relationship ends, Apple Tree will retain your personal data for up to five years, in order to fulfil its legal obligations.

Conversations kept for the purpose of verification and investigation will be stored for a period of five years after the contact. If an investigation or legal claim is initiated, this data will remain on file, unless this is in conflict with legislation or regulations. These conversations will be stored for no longer than five years after the contact, if they are used for the purpose of coaching, training and evaluation. Conversations kept for the purpose of fraud prevention will not be stored for longer than five years after the contact.
If the data forms part of a legal file, this data will be stored, unless deletion is required by law or regulations.

4. Access to data
Apple Tree will only provide personal data to regulators, tax authorities and investigative authorities if it is required to do so by law. Under no circumstances will Apple Tree provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
